Great for rainy days! July 28, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this for my 9 year old daughter and she loved it so much I've ordered the fantasy and treasure hunt ones. In fact, at one point her 15 year old brother joined in, till she made him give it back. One warning for British parents - tell your kids that Americans call clothes pegs 'pins'!
Spooktacular! August 2, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
My five year old and seven year old have been completely engrossed with this game. They both like the mix of easy and hard to find objects in each room and the skeleton character is engaging and crops up in each location. I like the fact that there aren't very many Americanisms (which just tends to confuse the kids) and the game has been cleverly thought out, with a text at the bottom of the screen together with options to hear all or part of it read out again.
Only gripe: there aren't any clues if you are getting stuck!
