Adobe and the environment October 15, 2008

At adobe's store this software (and most other software of theirs) actually costs more as downloadable than if they kill trees and send manuals of biblical proportions.

CS4 ext download: 913.55
CS4 ext delivered on disks with manuals: 887.12
There is no logic in that whatsoever and Adobe should feel a touch guilty about this.
Secondly check the prices of the US version - the UK version costs almost DOUBLE of the US version.
