5 out of 5 stars fantastic piece of kit   May 3, 2008
This is a brilliant accessory to have for your gamecube - especially if you have a portable screen.

The only downside is the time it takes to charge but in terms of convenience, it is great and I have found it to be useful on many occasions.

I had some friends over to play Smash Bros and Soul Calibur - and there was no free plug near the tv. I had the battery pack charged from before and used that and started playing. We had wavebirds plugged in as well and managed to get just over 2 hours - I wasn't expecting more than about an hour so I was pleasantly surprised.

If finding a plug is a hassle or you just want a short gaming session (at night for example) or want to take your gamecube round to your mates - this is great.

Highly recommended - fits snugly underneath your gamecube and easy to use.

3 out of 5 stars Nintendo Gamecube's Logic 3 battery pack   November 11, 2002

The Logic 3 battery pack is a typical piece of rechargable hardware for the gamecube. Its charging time is 12 hours for a limited time of 2 hours portable play (depending on what type of screen) you have. There are better ones out there, which take less time to charge and cost less as well, however what impressed me the most of this item was its firm connection to the gamecube using thumbwheel tecnology, and its light up display to show how much power is left. Its not a very interesting piece of hardware but what do expect for something which is designed to give the Gamecube portable power.
