For a few quid an excellent enhancement of your video and audio experience of wii games! Nice quality build as well, albeit the US packaging is excessive. Just plug in as per the diagram on the packaging and you're away. No adjustment to my HDTV needed, just remember to go into wii menu and change screen settings in a couple of clicks. Instructions for doing this are near the beginning of manuals for any wii game I have seen.

This does the job. Arrived quickly and made a noticeable difference to the Wii graphics on my 32" Panasonic LCD HDTV. Highly recommended.
Worth every penny but shop around November 29, 2008
I purchased this based on the strong reviews on amazon. However, I found one on ebay for half the price so shop around. Make sure you have a TV with component inputs before you purchase.
You won't regret this purchase. The graphics are greatly improved, buy one now!

I bought this cable based on the reviews and the price, with a view that if it did not make a difference I hadn't spent a lot of money. Now having got the cable I am so glad I did, as it makes a big difference on my 46" LCD screen. The picture is much sharper and the colours are more vivid.
The cable itself is good quality and being white blends in nicely with the rest of the Wii stuff.

I have a 40 inch LCD screen and always found the image quality of the Wii composite (SCART) output seriously inferior. A lot of dot-crawl and color noise, waving, etc.. If you have a similar setup just notice all the noise around border of the Wii remote pointer... See what I mean?
This cable is truly amazing: for only 14 pounds you significantly enhance your gaming experience. The build quality is very good and the length is way more that enough anyone should need, even in the most weird setups.
A "must have" for the owner of the Nintendo Wii and TV screens over 32 inches.
