Brilliant! January 3, 2009 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have alot of Imagine games but I think this is the best one! You get to do lots of different lessons including pottery, history and geometry. Some levels are easier than others and they get tricker as time goes on. You also get to mark the children's work and decorate the classroom with posters and new desks. After the school day you get to clean the classroom, give evening classes and practice lessons that you are not to good at. Every Friday there is a staff meeting. It shows how good you've been and sets you tasks for the following week. I can hardly put it down. I recommend it to everyone and especially if you are wanting to be a teacher when your older!
Imagine Teacher on Nintendo DS January 2, 2009 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Imagine Teacher is one of the best games i have on DS. You start with 4 pupils which may seem pointless but pretty soon you get new students every week. On Monday mornings you make the weeks timetable with a variety of lessons. Some of them are tricky at first but you'll soon get the hang of it. Marking the kid's work is confusing to start with but when you've done it a few times it's a piece of cake. I would most definitely say you should buy this game.
IMAGINE being bored January 1, 2009 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This game was incredibly boring but highly addictive i would recommend this to younger users!
Not for big kids! December 31, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
It sounds good and like the games are going to be hard but they are the easiest games I have ever seen! When you mark the children's work some of the sums are just 3+1! Also, the game doesn't last that long because when you have got all the 12 pupils you finish the week and it all ends happily ever after. If you are 7 or under and like teachers then this is the game for you but if you are not I would just say not to bother.
LOVE IT, BUT CAN BE FRUSTRATING! December 30, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I am 7 years old. I got this game for Christmas. Overall I love the game, but there are certain annoying things I ought to mention. At the start of the game you are the only teacher in a little school with 4 pupils. Now I have 11 pupils after playing for 5 days. At the start of each week you create a diary, which is the timetable for the week's lessons. Annoying fact #1 Pottery can be frustrating as the finished pot kept collapsing, until my brother realised that I need to lift off the stylus as soon as the arrows disappear. Annoying fact #2 when you are asked to rub some shapes in the correct order. Even when you rub them in the correct order, it still says DISORDER. Very annoying! Annoying fact #3 Colouring is fiddly and there is very little time to complete the task. Would I recommend it? Yes, most definitely! Just don't get too frustrated. Good luck :) Georgina age 7
